Reserv is a venture-backed insurtech (funded by Bain Capital and Altai Ventures) building AI and automation technology to modernize claims processing. Founded in 2022 by insurtech veterans, the company is focused on automating manual claims tasks and setting new standards for third-party administrators (TPAs), insurance technology providers, and adjusters.
As Bodily Injury Claims Team Lead, you will be a working manager providing leadership and technical oversight to the Commercial Transportation adjusting staff. You will report to a claims manager and balance both management and individual contributor responsibilities, stepping in to handle claims when volume requires.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing work quality and performance of the Commercial Transportation adjusting team
- Delivering operational effectiveness through technology and analytics
- Managing team performance, motivation, and development
- Handling bodily injury claims adjudication in commercial transportation
- Serving as a critical liaison between the team, customers, and clients
- Leveraging automation and tech tools to drive efficiency improvements
You bring minimum 5 years of commercial transportation claims experience (delivery/courier focus) and 3+ years of formal leadership experience, ideally in remote environments. You hold active insurance adjuster licensure and are willing to obtain all relevant licenses within 45 days of hire. You are a growth-oriented, tech-savvy claims professional with a proven track record of motivating teams and delivering results through technology and data-driven approaches.
