Salary: GBP 75,000 - 200,000 / annual
Axle Energy is building software infrastructure for the decarbonised energy system, controlling hundreds of thousands of energy assets including vehicle charging, heating systems, and home batteries to shift energy usage to times when electricity is cheap and green. You will lead commercial operations and drive scaling across new markets and clients. This is a wide-ranging role requiring speed and ownership across diverse topics:
• Market Entry: Research, analysis, planning, and delivery for new geographic markets
• Client Success: Helping new and existing clients maximize value from the software platform
• Growth Opportunities: Identifying and executing on opportunities in new verticals and customer segments
This is a high-velocity, high-impact position. You'll work in a deliberately flat organizational structure with direct exposure to leadership and strategic decision-making. You'll need to learn quickly, absorb and process highly technical information, work effectively with data, and demonstrate resilience in overcoming operational barriers.
The company operates with a 1:1 median ratio between founder and team compensation, emphasizing pay equity. You'll have a dog-friendly office around Farringdon with hybrid working expectations of 2-3 days per week in-office to maximize collaboration.
