Salary: GBP 75,000 - 200,000 / annual
Axle Energy is building software infrastructure for the decarbonized energy system, controlling hundreds of thousands of energy assets including vehicle charging, heating systems, and home batteries. The company moves gigawatt-hours of electrons while operating at startup speed, backed by leading investors including Energize Capital and Accel.
You'll lead commercial operations and drive scaling across new markets and customer segments. This is a wide-ranging role requiring speed and versatility across diverse topics. Key responsibilities include: entering new markets through research, analysis, planning and delivery; helping new and existing clients maximize value from the software platform; identifying and executing growth opportunities in new verticals and customer segments.
This is a high-velocity, high-impact position. You'll need to learn quickly, absorb and process technical information, work effectively with data, and demonstrate a 'run through walls' attitude to overcome barriers. You'll operate within a deliberately flat organizational structure with high levels of ownership and exposure to strategic decisions.
