ROLLER is a global SaaS platform serving the leisure and attractions industry with ticketing, point-of-sale, self-serve kiosks, memberships, and digital waiver solutions. Operating in 30+ countries with 220+ employees, the company is seeking a Billing Officer to join its finance team based in Heredia, Costa Rica.
In this role, you will manage accounts receivable operations for the EMEA region, serving as the primary point of contact for billing inquiries and disputes. You'll work modified hours aligned with EMEA timezone to support international customers effectively. Key responsibilities include resolving customer billing issues, collaborating with the finance team in Australia, streamlining billing workflows, maintaining accurate financial data for invoicing and payment processing, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely financial support.
The role requires 3 days per week in the Heredia office and involves close collaboration with the sales team to resolve billing inquiries efficiently. You will assist in improving operational processes and maintaining strong relationships with EMEA stakeholders.

**Requirements:**
- 4–5 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of financial principles and best practices
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (required)
- Working knowledge of Chargebee or similar billing platforms (preferred)
- Customer-oriented approach
- Must be living in or near Heredia and willing to work in office 3 days per week
