As a Bid Manager, you will drive business growth by leading internal teams to produce high-quality proposals that win contracts across US Government, Commercial, and International Government markets.
You will manage the entire proposal response lifecycle from RFx receipt through submission, including technical, cost/price, schedule, and compliance components. Key responsibilities include: managing RFI/RFP responses, overseeing and quarterbacking the complete response process, developing comprehensive compliance matrices, communicating with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, BD, contracts), creating response schedules that balance efficiency and quality, and ensuring all deliverables meet established guidelines and quality standards.

You must have experience working with cross-functional teams under pressure, solid writing and editing skills, and be coachable and team-oriented. Direct experience in spacecraft or spacecraft-adjacent markets is a plus. U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data.
