You will join the Analytics team as a BI Data Analyst, owning analytical projects end-to-end. Your responsibilities include:
- Taking business problems and independently structuring them into well-defined analytical tasks
- Owning KPI monitoring and reporting for embedded stakeholder teams across Marketing, Finance, Product, Commercial, and Operations
- Root-causing and explaining data discrepancies in detail, finding solutions to stakeholder problems
- Building Looker dashboards and Hex notebooks to support deep-dive analysis and stakeholder self-serve
- Writing production-quality SQL and Python code, following team standards and passing peer review
- Assisting others in reviewing AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and repeatability
- Communicating insights and recommendations clearly through data storytelling that drives measurable business outcomes
- Leveraging AI tools strategically (LLM-assisted query generation, analysis summarization, code review) to accelerate delivery while maintaining rigorous standards
- Working with Analytics Engineers to ingest new data sources into the stack as needed
You will be expected to act as the human-in-the-loop for data accuracy, empowering all teams to make full use of AI-driven data self-serve capabilities.
