Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization, is seeking a Benefit Implementation Consultant to support new and existing clients in the setup and deployment of HR/HCM software solutions. The company serves over 95,000 businesses and processes more than $135B in annual payroll.
In this role, you will be responsible for engaging clients throughout the benefit implementation phase, leveraging data processing expertise to ensure smooth onboarding. You will manage the complete implementation lifecycle, including testing and troubleshooting final system configurations to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging clients and managing relationships throughout the implementation process
- Overseeing the benefit implementation phase with strong data processing expertise
- Testing and troubleshooting system setup to ensure proper configuration
- Applying HRIS and payroll/benefit domain knowledge to resolve implementation challenges
- Communicating project status and technical details to clients and internal teams
- Managing timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time project completion
You will work primarily in an office environment, spending 75-100% of your time at a desk working with computer systems, HRIS platforms, and payroll software. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across multiple client implementations.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of related experience in HR technology, payroll, benefits administration, or HRIS implementation
- Demonstrated knowledge of HRIS systems and payroll/benefit platforms
- Strong client service and account management skills
- Project management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
