As a Baubegleiter:in (Project Coordinator), you will manage the complete customer journey from contract signing through successful commissioning of heat pump installations. Your responsibilities include:
- Active customer management: scheduling appointments, maintaining regular contact, setting expectations, and ensuring customers feel well-supported throughout the installation process via phone and written communication.
- Installation process planning and coordination: tracking timelines, dependencies, and tasks to ensure each project site is completed cleanly, efficiently, and successfully.
- Central liaison role: serving as the primary point of contact between customers, internal Enpal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication, rapid problem-solving, and smooth execution even with multiple stakeholders involved.
- Project ownership: taking genuine responsibility for project success, measured not just by completed installations but by satisfied customers. Customer ratings are a central success metric for both you and Enpal.
- Problem-solving mindset: maintaining structure, friendliness, and solution-oriented thinking even during hectic periods, viewing challenges as tasks rather than obstacles.
- Compensation includes an attractive base salary plus a fixed monthly bonus tied to completed projects and positive customer reviews.
You will work in a hybrid model with flexibility to work from home or the Berlin-Friedrichshain office as needed.
