Raisin is a leading fintech platform connecting consumers with banks across the EU, UK, and US to provide better savings and investment rates. The company manages over 80 billion euros in assets for more than one million investors. You will join the Deposits department in a dual role supporting both the Bank Analytics team and Relationship Management function. This is a hybrid position based in Berlin with significant in-person stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze European and US deposit and funding markets, plus customer behavior on Raisin's platforms to identify trends and growth opportunities - Provide strategic funding guidance to partner banks, including market indications, deposit forecasts, and growth strategies - Develop deep understanding of each bank partner's requirements and align them with Raisin's platform capabilities - Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with senior stakeholders at partner banks through regular in-person meetings - Contribute to cross-functional projects including new product launches and technical bank migrations - Collaborate with marketing, distribution, and partner teams to unlock growth and deliver value - Work across different markets and teams to provide guidance and clarity on complex challenges Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in consulting, banking, or financial services (including relevant internships) - Excellent English communication skills with confidence in professional stakeholder engagement; German is a nice-to-have - Strong academic background in business, finance, economics, or related field - High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills - Structured problem-solving ability with capacity to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments - Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and hands-on approach The role offers flexible working hours, 30 vacation days, professional development budget of €2,000 annually plus four training days, company pension support at 20%, and various lifestyle benefits including Urban Sports Club subsidy, transit support, and bike leasing options.
