The Bank Partner Network Manager will drive the success of Qualia's bank partnership program, reporting to the Director of Banking. This role combines strategic partnership management with hands-on project management, operating at the intersection of banking, technology, and integrations.
Key responsibilities include: owning day-to-day operational support for bank partners and their integrations; serving as the internal subject matter expert on the Bank Partner Network to drive program expansion; leading end-to-end project management for technology integrations, including scoping requirements, building project plans, sequencing API builds, and tracking milestones across Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Operations teams; defining and analyzing partnership performance metrics to optimize the program; planning and executing field marketing and event priorities; delivering regular reporting to senior leadership on network performance and integration status; monitoring industry trends and regulatory updates; representing the company at industry events and conferences; and leveraging AI tools to accelerate documentation, reporting, and analysis.
The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or technical program/project management. Required qualifications include demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology integration projects with external partners (ideally banks, financial institutions, or payments/API integrations); strong project management practices and tools proficiency; working knowledge of AI tools and ability to apply them to program management and analysis; experience collaborating with strategic partners on innovative product launches; sound strategic judgment combined with hands-on execution; exceptional cross-functional and external communication skills; ability to work independently with minimal supervision; and understanding of banking and real estate/title industries or willingness to learn.
The role is based in Austin, Texas, with openness to remote arrangements for qualified candidates. Qualia also has offices in San Francisco, California, and Concord, New Hampshire.
