Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, seeks a Badging Access Control Team Lead to oversee physical access control systems across all company sites. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with team leadership, reporting to the Technical Security Access Control Manager.
You will lead and mentor the Security Access Control team, providing training on badge printing, visitor management hardware, and system operations. You'll serve as the escalation point for regional access control needs and complex technical issues, coordinating team workflow to ensure consistent service delivery across all Anduril locations.
Key responsibilities include issuing credentials to employees, contractors, and guests; creating, assigning, maintaining, revoking, and auditing access within the Genetec ClearID enterprise system; processing physical access requests through the enterprise ticketing system; and managing visitor access. You'll maintain site supply inventory, collaborate with cross-functional partners on space ownership and approvals, and lead continuous development of access control policies and procedures.
Additionally, you'll maintain access control system datasets, compile reports, assist with internal requests, and report key metrics to senior leadership. The role requires monitoring team performance, providing coaching and development, and maintaining appropriate documentation using proper change management controls.
Required: 3+ years managing physical access control in corporate environments; 3+ years creating and modifying credentials in Genetec and ClearID systems; proven customer service experience; exposure to global operations; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, and collaboration tools; strong leadership and mentoring abilities; ability to handle sensitive information with discretion; exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred: 5+ years progressive security experience in multinational or Federal entities; project management skills with large-scale technical security implementations; familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency.
