SingleStore is seeking an AWS Partner Manager to own the strategic relationship and revenue generation with technology partners in the AWS ecosystem. You will identify, recruit, and drive technology integrations and joint go-to-market strategies aligned with AWS programs and field teams.
You will develop and execute a comprehensive business plan with AWS covering executive alignment, certification programs, solution development, partner marketing, and demand generation. This includes building a strategy to certify and engage existing AWS ecosystem partners while identifying and recruiting new partners to meet technology integration and growth objectives.
The role carries a quota for AWS partner-sourced and influenced pipeline and revenue. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, Partner Operations, and Consulting teams to drive AWS-aligned deals and programs. A key responsibility is maintaining balance between partner-sourced bookings and certified technology integrations, ensuring both revenue impact and technical depth.
Required experience includes establishing and owning AWS partnerships with field alignment and joint business planning. You need deep knowledge of the global Big Data market, cloud-based data platforms, and analytics technologies—ideally with AWS experience. You should have a track record building successful go-to-market campaigns with ISVs running on or integrating with AWS, resulting in balanced partner-sourced bookings and integrated solutions.
You must have quota-carrying experience driving revenue through partners or alliances, a firm grasp of enterprise software (preferably in startup or high-growth environments), and strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills for complex, multi-party deals. A Bachelor's degree is required.
