Cross River Bank seeks an Associate Vice President, Project Manager to join the Strategic Partnerships organization within the Central Support team. This role serves as a central coordination point across business, operations, risk, compliance, legal, credit, technology, and partner-facing teams. You will lead cross-functional projects from intake through implementation and post-launch support, developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, and executive-ready status updates. You'll coordinate stakeholders across Strategic Partnerships, Operations, Compliance, BSA/AML, Credit, Legal, Technology, and Product, driving accountability for open items, dependencies, and deliverables while escalating blockers in a timely manner. Beyond project management, you'll serve as a backup resource for critical Central Support operational processes, including request intake, change management oversight tracking, and account opening. You'll monitor SLA adherence, open requests, and coordinate stakeholder follow-ups to ensure timely completion of reviews and approvals. You'll create and maintain process documentation, procedures, templates, and playbooks that improve consistency and scalability. A key focus area is identifying opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation, workflow tools, dashboards, templates, and AI-enabled solutions. You'll partner with business and technology teams to streamline intake, tracking, reporting, and recurring operational processes, while supporting responsible adoption of AI-assisted workflows with appropriate controls, confidentiality, and governance expectations. Required: 5+ years in project management, program management, business operations, consulting, or related roles; experience managing cross-functional initiatives in banking, fintech, payments, lending, technology, or regulated environments; strong organizational skills managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations; hands-on experience creating project plans, status updates, trackers, and process documentation; comfort with operational workflows; excellent communication skills for business and control-function audiences; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or Project Management; PMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma certification; experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Monday.com, Archer, or Dynamics; workflow automation and low-code/no-code solutions; Microsoft Copilot or AI-enabled productivity tools; governance, risk, compliance, onboarding, or operational excellence program experience.
