Re:Build Manufacturing is revitalizing America's manufacturing base by operating an advanced, end-to-end manufacturing platform serving aerospace and defense, electrification, medical, energy, and robotics sectors. The company partners with industrial innovators to scale production in critical verticals.
You will serve as an Automation Engineer responsible for transforming manual, disconnected processes into streamlined, integrated, data-driven systems. This is a hands-on role blending business analysis, solution architecture, development, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
**Design & Build:** Deliver automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA, integration platforms, and AI/ML capabilities. Analyze business requirements across functional, performance, availability, and security dimensions. Architect solution designs and participate in technical reviews. Configure, script, and develop automation using best practices. Create dashboards and visualizations that turn data into actionable insights.
**Testing & Deployment:** Perform unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Build deployment packages and coordinate structured deployments across Dev/Test/Production environments. Implement monitoring, alerting, and data integrity checks.
**Support & Training:** Provide Tier 3 support for automation tools and integration workflows. Troubleshoot complex issues and minimize business disruption. Maintain documentation and deliver training to end users.
**Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify automation and optimization opportunities. Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, UI/UX, and architecture standards. Mentor peers and collaborate across IT and business functions. Automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell and Python. Travel to Re:Build locations as needed.
You will work directly with collaborators across operations, engineering, and corporate functions to understand needs and deliver solutions that enable decision-making and drive organizational values.
