The company partners with industrial innovators to scale products from concept to full production. You will serve as an Automation Engineer focused on transforming manual, disconnected processes into streamlined, integrated, data-driven systems. This is a hands-on role blending business analysis, solution architecture, development, and continuous improvement across IT and business functions. Key responsibilities include: **Design & Build:** Deliver automation solutions using Power Automate, RPA, integration platforms, and AI/ML capabilities. Analyze business requirements across functional, performance, availability, and security dimensions. Architect solution designs, configure and script automation using best practices, and create dashboards and visualizations that turn data into actionable insights. **Testing & Deployment:** Perform unit, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Build deployment packages and coordinate structured deployments across Dev/Test/Production environments. Implement monitoring, alerting, and data integrity checks. **Support & Training:** Provide Tier 3 support for automation tools and integration workflows. Troubleshoot complex issues, maintain documentation, and deliver training to end users. **Continuous Improvement:** Proactively identify automation and optimization opportunities. Ensure alignment with cybersecurity, UI/UX, and architecture standards. Mentor peers and collaborate across IT and business functions. Automate repetitive IT tasks using PowerShell and Python. Travel to Re:Build locations as needed. You bring a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience), strong technical foundation in automation platforms, scripting languages, and integration tools, and a collaborative mindset aligned with The Re:Build Way principles.
