ElevenLabs is hiring an Automation Engineer to build and maintain the systems powering their influencer and creator marketing program at scale. You'll own the automation layer end-to-end, designing and building workflows and integrations that enable a lean team to manage thousands of creators without manual busywork. Key responsibilities include: building automations for creator discovery across social platforms and databases; syncing influencer profiles and contact details into CRM systems; automating onboarding workflows with welcome packets and brand guidelines; generating contracts by auto-filling creator details and routing for e-signature; triggering content reminders via Slack or email; tracking when influencers post using social APIs; aggregating performance metrics (views, likes, comments, clicks) into dashboards; producing weekly and monthly reports without manual data entry; calculating ROI metrics like cost-per-engagement; routing invoices to finance systems; sending payment status alerts; and maintaining integrations connecting social platforms, CRM, finance systems, Slack, and e-signature tools. You'll also own reliability across all automations—implementing error handling, monitoring, secrets management, and audit trails—and validate data using SQL while documenting workflows for maintainability as the program scales. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder comfortable with both no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, n8n) and custom code (Python or JavaScript). You think in systems, care deeply about reliability and data quality, and get satisfaction from replacing manual processes with robust automated workflows. This role is highly cross-functional, partnering closely with influencer/creator marketing, marketing ops, finance, legal, and data/BI teams. You thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.
