You will collaborate with internal business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Jira workflows, schemas, and platform configurations. You'll serve as an internal subject matter expert for Atlassian platform questions, evaluate and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps (ScriptRunner, BigPicture, Tempo, Assets), and participate in sprint planning and retrospectives. You'll also support change management efforts including user training and adoption tracking for tool rollouts.
Required: 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Atlassian products in enterprise or professional services environments. Strong proficiency in Jira Software project configuration (classic and team-managed projects), JSM portal configuration, SLA setup, and ITSM best practices. Working knowledge of Confluence administration and Jira Product Discovery. Ability to lead stakeholder workshops and communicate technical configurations to non-technical audiences. Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and third-party integrations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Preferred: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certifications (Jira Administration, JSM, or Confluence). Experience with Atlassian Cloud migrations. Familiarity with JQL, REST APIs, and basic scripting (Groovy/ScriptRunner).
