Mujin is seeking a Manufacturing Innovation Architect to drive factory transformation across manufacturing clients. You will work with customers to translate business and operational challenges into manufacturing strategy, smart factory vision, and manufacturing DX roadmaps, then lead the execution of transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer business, operational, and manufacturing challenges
- Conduct current-state analysis of factories, production lines, and internal logistics; structure identified issues
- Define target factory vision and smart factory concepts
- Prioritize production, logistics, and automation initiatives; create implementation roadmaps
- Design KPIs, analyze ROI, and prepare proposals for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal technical, sales, and project teams
- Drive project execution through design, implementation, and launch phases

Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in one or more of: production engineering, process design, production planning, or factory planning in manufacturing
- Foundational knowledge of production lines, processes, equipment, and factory improvement
- Experience coordinating across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to structure problems and communicate solutions clearly in writing and verbally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Smart factory, manufacturing DX, or factory transformation planning and execution experience
- Factory startup, production line launch, or capital equipment planning experience
- KPI design, ROI analysis, and executive-level proposal experience
- Project lead or team lead experience
- Consulting, customer engagement, or proposal development background
