Passfort (part of Moody's) is seeking an Assistant Director of Product Management to lead the strategic integration of AI capabilities across its business services platform. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, AI innovation, and enterprise compliance—owning the full lifecycle of making Moody's services consumable by AI agents.
You will define how Moody's business capabilities are exposed and packaged for AI agent consumption, including evaluation of distribution channels (Model Context Protocol, MCP Apps, and alternatives). Key responsibilities include:
• Own the product roadmap for AI integration across Moody's corporate and government services, ensuring each capability is architected for agent-based consumption.
• Build and validate prototypes with internal and external clients, gathering structured feedback to inform data-driven product decisions before full engineering commitment.
• Design and maintain end-to-end evaluation frameworks for AI-integrated services, defining metrics around latency, accuracy, hallucination rate, coverage, and user satisfaction.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Risk to ensure all integrations meet regulatory and responsible-AI standards.
• Lead MCP and MCP App integration strategy, determining tool surface area and where interactive UI capabilities add value over text-only outputs.
• Use AI tools (Claude Desktop, Claude Code) to rapidly prototype, validate hypotheses, and accelerate delivery while maintaining safety standards.
• Work embedded with engineering teams from concept through production, maintaining accountability for timelines and quality.
• Champion an AI-First mindset across the segment, mentor peers on AI product practices and evaluation approaches, and partner with Pre-Sales and Commercial Strategy on customer engagements and go-to-market alignment.
You'll join the C&G Product Builders team, which operates in squads owning the full lifecycle from solution concept to production, uniting product vision with engineering excellence.
