Salary: USD 86,000 - 114,000 / annual

Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, is seeking an Associate Workplace Manager to join the Real Estate & Facilities division in Costa Mesa, California. You will support the operations of Anduril's workplace environment across Orange County, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a positive employee experience. This role spans tactical project management, vendor coordination, event support, and facilities management with high execution standards. Key responsibilities include: - Manage workplace communication channels (email, Slack) and respond promptly to employee requests with effective prioritization - Oversee ticketing systems, purchase orders, and project documentation - Coordinate office reconfigurations, moves, and new employee setups, including furniture arrangement - Conduct routine inspections of common areas, meeting rooms, and office spaces to identify maintenance needs - Liaise with internal teams and external contractors on repairs and maintenance - Greet and escort vendors while ensuring compliance with security and safety protocols - Maintain cleanliness, organization, and adequate stocking of common areas, kitchens, and supply rooms - Assemble, disassemble, and arrange office furniture with precision - Provide hands-on support for internal and external campus events, including setup and logistics - Maintain organized storage for facilities supplies, tools, and spare furniture You will work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment within a defense aerospace company, adapting to changing needs and supporting occasional after-hours or weekend events. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong organizational and time-management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, startup environment - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Slack, and workplace management tools - Experience in event coordination, vendor management, and/or administrative support - Ability to adapt to changing needs and handle tasks on short notice - Flexibility to support occasional after-hours or weekend events PREFERRED: - 1-3 years of related experience - Experience supporting startup or aerospace environments
