Salary: USD 78,000 - 107,250 / annual
Recorded Future, a leading intelligence company serving 1,900+ clients worldwide, is seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to join its customer success team in Boston. This is an emerging-level role designed for someone eager to learn and grow at the intersection of technology, threat intelligence, and customer success.
In this position, you will support a portfolio of customer accounts under the guidance of a Technical Account Manager or Senior TAM, helping customers realize value from Recorded Future's products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
**Customer Support & Engagement:**
- Support customers' primary technical use cases and needs, working toward operationalizing intelligence within their organizations
- Handle customer support escalations effectively, resolving issues or escalating appropriately to achieve high satisfaction
- Drive the customer lifecycle by orienting to the Customer Success Plan and adhering to the engagement model
- Assist, coordinate, and support customers and projects as directed by your TAM
- Maintain administrative rigor in Recorded Future systems of record with meaningful updates on routine customer interactions
**Services Coordination:**
- Coordinate scheduling and preparation for delivery of licensed Professional Services and Advisory engagements
**Learning & Development:**
Within your first 6 months, you will develop foundational understanding of the company's pillars (Cyber Operations, Disaster Recovery Planning, Third Party Risk, and Fraud), service offerings, the Recorded Future Platform, and how it fits within customers' tech stacks.
The role requires working from the Boston office 3–4 days per week. This is a full-time position with potential eligibility for incentive compensation and equity.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or related experience in cybersecurity, computing science, information systems, intelligence studies, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of fundamental intelligence concepts, frameworks, tradecraft, cyber security tooling, and SaaS environments
- Foundational understanding of basic intelligence concepts and common security frameworks
- Strong foundational verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly
- Customer-focused growth mindset and boundless curiosity
- Strong project management skills
