Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, building an integrated platform for decentralized energy solutions. The company combines solar installations, battery storage, EV charging, smart meters, and heat pumps into a unified offering, powered by an AI-driven platform (Enpal.One) that intelligently networks thousands of systems and optimizes energy trading and grid feed-in.
As Associate Strategy & Operations, you will drive data-informed optimization across Enpal's sales funnel and business processes. Your responsibilities include:
• Analyzing and optimizing booking, conversion, and sales closure processes throughout the funnel
• Creating, tracking, and interpreting key funnel, performance, and growth KPIs
• Identifying process inefficiencies (including with AI support) and supporting the derivation and implementation of improvement measures
• Contributing to the development, execution, and evaluation of lead reactivation campaigns
• Providing close operational support and enablement to the sales team, and collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive data-driven optimizations

REQUIREMENTS:
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, venture building, startup environments, or scaling-focused operations/strategy roles
• High self-initiative, strong hands-on mentality, and motivation to drive new projects independently from concept to execution
• Structured, data-oriented working style with ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and derive pragmatic recommendations
• Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus but not required
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
