As an Associate Strategic Program Manager, you will support the Strategic Program Management team in executing complex programs for world-leading enterprises and innovative startups. Your focus will be ensuring customers' products launch on time, within budget, and at optimal quality. You will work overnight IST hours to support the US Pacific Standard Time zone from the Bengaluru office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and supporting customer-facing interactions to deliver high-quality service
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date program status across multiple systems to support business decision-making
- Applying knowledge of operations or manufacturing to identify process gaps, risks, and drive operational improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Costing & DFM, Quality, Logistics) to enhance program efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Tracking and reporting on program milestones, supporting adjustments to timelines and deliverables to meet quality and delivery standards
- Supporting customer change requests and project updates on multiple platforms (external and internal)
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements
- Maintaining and contributing to the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Ability to travel 10% annually
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience, or 1-2 years of related experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, program management, and time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with passion for learning, continuous improvement, and driving operational success
- Preferred: Experience working with global manufacturing sites and in customer-facing roles
- Preferred: Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations, particularly ECCN classifications such as 9A515
- Preferred: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly
- Preferred: Technically savvy with strong interest in leveraging AI tools and automation technologies to improve efficiency and enhance operational performance
