Drips is seeking an Associate Solutions Consultant to drive post-signature use case ideation, intake, and delivery for enterprise clients. This role sits within Solutions Consulting and owns the client partnership after deal closure—structuring new use cases as a client's book of work grows, running intake processes that turn scattered requirements into a connected customer experience, and maintaining continuity across implementation and delivery. You will support active enterprise accounts across the Solutions Consulting team and report to the Solutions Consulting function (not to an individual Solutions Consultant). The role is energized by sustained account partnership over the full lifespan of an enterprise relationship, not deal-by-deal pursuit. Key responsibilities include: - Drive post-signature use case ideation by partnering with client business owners to identify, structure, and sequence new use cases under existing enterprise agreements, determining what's new build versus reusable functionality. - Own client use case intake by maintaining intake templates and project spec guides for client business owners. - Sequence discovery against governance timelines, working backward from go-live dates and internal governance cycles to schedule discovery sessions. - Support delivery handoff by transferring scope, rationale, and design intent to Implementation, Product, UX, and Client Success, and stay a point of continuity for design-intent questions during build. - Carry post-sales follow-through by submitting and tracking product and feature requests tied to signed agreements, reporting timelines back to clients, and escalating when requests are closed or deprioritized. - Maintain accurate use case records, inventory attachments, status, and related Salesforce records across active use cases. - Partner closely with Solutions Consultants and Directors assigned to enterprise accounts, escalating business-case, pricing, or scope decisions appropriately. You are organized and driven, comfortable holding multiple in-flight use cases under one agreement without losing sight of scope. You find satisfaction in combining existing platform capabilities creatively to solve client problems rather than assuming every ask requires new product development. You partner naturally across Solutions Consulting, Implementation, Client Success, and Product teams, earning trust through instinct rather than afterthought. You're comfortable with technical details (data flows, triggers, platform capabilities) and can translate technical requirements between IT and business stakeholders. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree and/or 1–3 years of experience in solutions consulting, implementation, client success, cross-functional project coordination, or a related client-facing or technical-delivery role, ideally in B2B SaaS. - Experience with or exposure to healthcare, insurance, education, or another highly regulated industry is a plus; demonstrated ability to ramp quickly in a regulated market is considered equally valuable. - Strong organizational discipline and demonstrated ability to track multiple concurrent workstreams against different timelines without losing detail. - Comfort building and refining structured intake templates or processes, and iterating them based on real stakeholder feedback. - Working familiarity with use-case or requirements documentation (e.g., PSGs, BRDs) is a plus; willingness to learn Drips' documentation standards is required. - Familiarity and comfort discussing data integration concepts and translating technical requirements to both IT and business stakeholders (APIs, flat-file/SFTP exchange). - Strong Salesforce discipline and comfort maintaining accurate use case and case records. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort coordinating directly with client business owners and internal stakeholders across functions. - Comfort operating without formal authority and judgment to know when to escalate rather than resolve.
