Topline Pro is an AI-powered platform helping service businesses (roofers, landscapers, painters, cleaners) acquire direct customers through digital storefronts. The company is YC-backed, well-funded, and experiencing rapid growth with 120+ employees.
You will own end-to-end BDR (Business Development Representative) hiring across Topline Pro's New York and Nashville offices, running multiple high-volume hiring classes per year. This is a focused, execution-oriented role centered on moving large volumes of candidates through the recruiting funnel efficiently while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the complete BDR recruiting process from application through offer, running multiple classes annually
- Move high volumes of candidates through screens and interviews without sacrificing experience quality
- Keep candidates engaged, informed, and excited throughout the hiring process
- Partner closely with the early talent recruiter on campus recruiting strategy and pipeline building
- Coordinate hiring timelines and logistics across two offices, staying aligned with local hiring managers
- Track and monitor key metrics: time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and class size targets; flag issues early for course correction
- Ensure repeatable processes run smoothly across both locations without details falling through the cracks
You'll report to the Head of People and work closely with Sales leadership and the broader People team. The role is based in the Williamsburg, Brooklyn office with an expectation of 4 days per week in-office.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 0.5–2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to high-volume or campus/early-talent hiring
- Strong candidate engagement and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage high volumes of candidates simultaneously without quality degradation
- Highly organized; capable of running repeatable processes across two offices
- Strong coordination and communication skills for close partnership with early talent recruiter and sales hiring managers
- Experience or interest in campus recruiting is a plus
- 1–2 years of sales experience is a strong plus
- Energized by volume and repetition executed well, not just novel searches
- Team player excited to partner closely rather than work in isolation
