Join UiPath's Professional Services team as an Associate RPA Developer in Bangalore. You will develop, test, and build robotic process automation solutions that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency for enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Code and test automation workflows using UiPath Studio and coding agents (Autopilot and others)
- Select appropriate components from the UiPath Product Suite for specific use cases under team guidance
- Contribute to solution designs during POCs and project implementation phases
- Develop workflows and custom activities using VB.NET/C#
- Participate in testing cycles, identifying bugs and documenting results
- Document workflows, learn UiPath standards and best practices
- Deliver technical training and demos to customers
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
- 1+ years of IT industry experience with code development background
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge in VBA, VB, Java, C#, or Python
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of Robotic Process Automation concepts
Preferred qualifications:
- UiPath certification
- Experience with RPA tools
- Basic understanding of LLMs and coding agents
- Knowledge of cognitive automation, OCR, or AI/ML
- Familiarity with Generative AI and UiPath latest releases
- Cloud services experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
