Curri is a YC-backed last-mile logistics platform serving the construction industry with a nationwide fleet of cars, trucks, and flatbeds. The company is seeking an Associate, Retail Routes Performance to own performance management for its fast-growing retail routes program.
In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and running weekly performance scorecards for retail routes, tracking metrics including on-time rate, completion, returns, and quality issues. You'll identify trends before they become problems and flag them to stakeholders. A key part of the job is coaching partners and drivers on performance gaps, delivering direct and constructive feedback, and driving improvement plans to completion.
You will monitor performance closely as new routes and markets launch to ensure quality holds through rapid growth. The role involves using AI tools to automate reporting, surface insights, and speed up performance reviews. You'll own performance-related projects end to end, from scoping and timelines through follow-through and reporting results. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams, external stakeholders, and retail partners to make lasting performance improvements.
This is a high-impact position in a lean team where you'll have visible, measurable influence on how the retail routes program scales. You'll work daily with real retail data and AI tools, with direct access to team leadership. The role offers ownership and room to grow as the program expands.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong data skills, including confidence in spreadsheets and retail or operational data; ability to find the story in numbers and act on it
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, or strong interest in using them to work faster and replace manual reporting with automated workflows
- Ability to coach and comfort giving direct, constructive feedback to partners and drivers, even in difficult conversations
- Strong project management and organization skills with a track record of keeping multiple workstreams moving and closing them out
- High agency and close attention to detail, with comfort in ambiguity and willingness to dig into details rather than stay high level
BONUS:
- Experience running scorecards, KPIs, or performance programs in retail or last-mile delivery
- Track record of using AI to automate or improve reporting or analysis workflows
- Experience with SQL or BI tools beyond spreadsheets
- Track record of keeping quality high while an operation grew quickly
