Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 / annual
10Beauty is a robotics startup based in Burlington, MA building the world's first fully autonomous 5-step manicure machine. The company has raised $70M from leading venture and celebrity investors and has pre-sold 1,000 machines to iconic brands including Ulta Beauty, Nordstrom, Equinox, and Marriott. Following their November 2025 launch at Ulta Beauty in Everett, MA, they are scaling rapidly across retail locations.
As an Associate Quality Test Engineer, you will ensure the quality and reliability of the company's Pods, applicators, and machines throughout the product lifecycle. You will conduct incoming quality control inspections of components (both visual and functional), perform vendor sample reviews on new machines, and design and execute Design Validation Plan testing. You will also create inspection and test fixtures and conduct final quality inspections of internally filled Pods and applicators.
This is an on-site role at the Burlington, MA headquarters with up to 30% travel, both domestically and internationally.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in quality testing, inspection, or related engineering roles
- Background in consumer electronics or robotics
- Strong attention to detail for visual and functional inspections
- Ability to design and build inspection and test fixtures
- Clear written communication skills for documenting and reporting test results
- Ability to work on-site at Burlington, MA location
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, domestically and internationally
