Salary: USD 85,000 - 161,500 / annual

Boston Scientific is seeking an Associate Production Manager to lead operations at their Arden Hills, Minnesota manufacturing facility. This role manages production teams across assigned shifts (first, second, or third shift) in a 24/7 operations environment, with responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement. Key responsibilities include developing business unit strategy and ensuring projects drive improvements in safety, quality, service, and cost. You will implement staffing plans by identifying resource needs, coordinating hiring with HR, and developing direct reports through training, performance management, and coaching. Daily duties involve monitoring operations, providing direction to exempt and nonexempt employees, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental goals. Compliance is critical: you'll ensure adherence to FDA, BSI, and EEO standards, maintain quality system compliance aligned with Boston Scientific's Quality Policy, and manage budgets and functional activities. You'll develop and manage work schedules based on priorities and available resources, maintain personnel records, and foster an inclusive workplace where all employees can contribute fully. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in production or operations. You must demonstrate ability to lead large, diverse teams, drive performance against organizational goals, and coach direct reports. Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ability to work assigned shift requirements (including nights/weekends) are essential. Preferred qualifications include Lean manufacturing and operational excellence experience, project management background, medical device manufacturing experience, and a master's degree with 1+ year leadership experience.
