Salary: USD 80,000 - 90,000 / annual
SRS Acquiom is a fintech platform and services company that helps deal parties manage complex M&A and loan agency transactions more efficiently. Based in Denver with offices across the US, London, and Amsterdam, the company has supported over 11,500 transactions globally since 2007.
You will join the product design team as an Associate Product Designer, working closely with senior product designers, product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to design clear, usable digital experiences for both client-facing and internal products. This role is ideal for someone with strong UX/UI fundamentals, curiosity about complex workflows, and a desire to grow their product design craft.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for product features and enhancements
- Collaborate with senior product designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Apply design system standards to delivery-ready designs, with opportunities to contribute new components and refine existing patterns
- Use AI-assisted tools thoughtfully to explore ideas, speed up design workflow tasks, and improve design quality while applying sound UX judgment
- Participate in design reviews, stakeholder conversations, usability testing, and user feedback sessions
- Contribute to the evolution of the design system and help maintain consistency across product experiences
Location: This position is based in Denver, Colorado, or can be fully remote (US-based). You may be expected to travel occasionally to the Denver headquarters up to four times per year.
Requirements:
- Strong UX/UI fundamentals and design skills
- Experience with user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interface design
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, business)
- Experience with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Curiosity about complex workflows and financial/transactional domains
- Ability to apply sound UX judgment when using AI-assisted design tools
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
