As an Associate Producer for the Fever Originals team, you will support the Northern Europe region by managing all aspects of event production and delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact on the production side, responsible for coordinating third parties involved in executing and developing creative deliverables for the Northern Europe market.
Key responsibilities include:
**Technical & Administrative Management:** Manage pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up. Assess technical riders and propose modifications aligned with budget targets. Identify ongoing efficiencies for upcoming seasons.
**Budgeting:** Build and maintain production budgets across feasibility, sign-off, and operational stages. Monitor local operational spends and identify optimization opportunities. Manage invoices and close event P&Ls.
**Partner Management:** Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers. Develop long-term deals with national scope to facilitate geographical expansion.
You will research and implement new production formats, technologies, and solutions to enhance Fever's experiences. The role involves travel to support live launches and on-site production across the expanding portfolio. Success requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in event production industry
- Fluent English and preferably one of five Nordic languages (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate multiple event aspects in an organized, efficient manner
- Strong network of vendors and venues
- Understanding of technical production requirements
- Familiarity with permitting processes
- Strong communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly
