Mollie is a European fintech company founded in 2004 that enables over 300,000 businesses to manage payments and money effortlessly. With 950+ employees across 14+ locations, the company emphasizes autonomy, craft, and long-term thinking.
As Associate Partnerships Manager for Digital Agencies in the Netherlands and Belgium, you will build and strengthen Mollie's agency partner ecosystem. Your core mission is to support existing digital agencies in becoming strong Mollie ambassadors while identifying and acquiring new agency and lead-generating partners.
Key responsibilities include: managing a portfolio of agency partners across NL and BE with maintained account plans and measurable engagement; contributing to partner acquisition through LinkedIn outreach, industry events, and strategic networking; building trust-based relationships grounded in understanding partner needs; maintaining CRM hygiene with clear prioritization and follow-up; conducting regular partner check-ins; supporting the wider Partnerships team on campaigns, events, and reporting; and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams on integrated go-to-market initiatives.
You will own your partner portfolio from day one, help shape partnership strategy rather than execute someone else's playbook, and directly drive merchant acquisition and growth for Mollie in a key European market. The role sits at the intersection of multiple functions and requires strong organizational skills, commercial mindset, and genuine relationship-building ability.
Required: 1-3 years in partner management, account management, sales, or related commercial roles (ideally fintech, technology, e-commerce); comfort with commercial outreach and LinkedIn networking; excellent organizational and CRM management skills; outgoing connector personality; full professional proficiency in Dutch and English (French is a plus); proactive, enthusiastic attitude with willingness to learn and support teammates.
