ClaimSorted is an AI-native Third Party Administrator (TPA) that manages claims operations for insurers across auto, property, travel, gadget, pet, renters, and liability. Backed by Y Combinator, Atomico, and Eurazeo with $16M+ in funding, the company combines world-class claims talent with proprietary AI systems to deliver faster resolutions, lower leakage, and better customer experience. Currently managing claims for 50+ partners with nearly 100M claims payout, including five publicly traded companies.
In this role, you will own the operational framework that underpins ClaimSorted's claims handling across all lines of business. You will define how claims are processed at scale, establish and maintain operational metrics that guide the claims team, and translate frontline insights into a clear product agenda that you drive with the product team. You will own the rollout and adoption of new product features to ensure they meaningfully change how the team works. Additionally, you will manage the operational relationship with clients through onboarding and ongoing partnership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define claims handling processes across every line of business and ensure the framework scales as the company grows
- Set operational metrics for the claims team that are trustworthy enough to act on
- Convert frontline observations into product priorities and drive execution with the product team
- Own feature rollout and adoption to drive real operational change
- Manage client relationships through onboarding and beyond

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in consulting, banking, product or operations at a high-growth startup; product at a major tech company or AI lab; or founding your own company
- Ability to turn chaos into process that survives contact with a growing team
- Strong product judgment: can separate core problems from symptoms and articulate what should be built
- Track record of driving adoption—understands that a process nobody follows is incomplete
- Fluent with data and comfortable using AI to go beyond spreadsheet-level analysis
- Strong written and spoken communication skills across claims operations, product, and client stakeholders
