You will join the Buyer Research Operations team as an Associate, Operations, managing daily lead processing, buyer validation, and secondary research for the Pay-Per-Lead (PPL) program. This role is central to driving PPL revenue growth through streamlined lead qualification and execution of vital operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute daily lead processing and secondary research using databases to identify and qualify buyer information for the PPL business
- Validate buyer information and discover new contact details via LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, company websites, and other databases to expand the PPL qualification process
- Identify high-relevance leads for the sales team to pursue for product offerings
- Leverage data triangulation and high-quality research to identify new target associations for Partner expansion programs
- Maintain strict quality standards and accuracy while meeting target turnaround times and throughput SLAs
- Conduct secondary research to map software products across vendors and identify relevant points of contact (POCs)
- Create comprehensive company snapshots capturing vendor capabilities and key insights to empower sales rep execution

Requirements:
- Strong secondary research and data triangulation skills
- Basic technology and software knowledge
- Intermediate Excel proficiency
- Experience with sales intelligence tools (e.g., D&B, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
