Salary: USD 87,188 - 114,434 / annual

Oscar Health is seeking an Associate to join the Network Contracting & Services team, responsible for managing contracts with healthcare providers (hospitals, health systems, and provider groups) across assigned markets in Florida. The role focuses on building and maintaining a robust provider network while ensuring access to quality care and optimizing costs through provider performance analysis and reimbursement rate negotiation. Key responsibilities include implementing contracting strategies aligned with network adequacy and cost management objectives; managing and negotiating provider contracts with favorable terms and regulatory compliance; conducting comprehensive reviews and analyses of provider contracts to identify optimization opportunities; utilizing data analytics on provider financials and competitor strategies to inform negotiation decisions; meeting defined metrics and SLAs for provider outreach and contract completion; collaborating with provider services teams on network education and communication; and monitoring assigned networks for compliance with standards. The Associate will report to the Senior Director of Network Contracting & Services and work in a hybrid model based in Florida, combining home office work with frequent local travel for client meetings. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Required qualifications include 3+ years of healthcare client management, consulting, or provider contracting experience; 2+ years supporting provider network strategy and contract negotiation; 1+ years running financial analyses on markets or product lines; and 1+ years organizing large datasets such as claim files and provider rosters. An Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience is a bonus.
