Your responsibilities include: - Leading and mentoring a team of solutions engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth - Designing custom solutions and integrations for enterprise customers, addressing complex payment and financial workflows - Collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical implementations - Establishing best practices for solution architecture, code quality, and deployment processes - Managing customer relationships at a technical level, serving as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts - Driving innovation in solutions engineering by exploring new technologies and methodologies - Conducting technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams - Monitoring solution performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring SLA compliance You'll work with Razorpay's cutting-edge fintech stack, including AI-native agentic payments, real-time risk intelligence, automated reconciliation, and predictive financial insights. The role offers significant ownership and autonomy in shaping how enterprise customers implement and scale payment infrastructure.
