As Associate Manager, Solutions Engineering, you will lead a team of solutions engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing payment solutions for enterprise clients. You'll bridge the gap between product engineering and customer success, ensuring clients derive maximum value from Razorpay's platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of solutions engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
- Designing custom solutions and integrations for enterprise customers, addressing complex payment and financial workflows
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and sales teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical implementations
- Establishing best practices for solution architecture, code quality, and deployment processes
- Managing customer relationships at a technical level, serving as the primary technical point of contact for key accounts
- Driving innovation in solutions engineering by exploring new technologies and methodologies
- Conducting technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams
- Monitoring solution performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and ensuring SLA compliance
You'll work with Razorpay's cutting-edge fintech stack, including AI-native agentic payments, real-time risk intelligence, automated reconciliation, and predictive financial insights. The role offers significant ownership and autonomy in shaping how enterprise customers implement and scale payment infrastructure.
