Rillet is an Agentic ERP platform built for modern finance and accounting teams. The company helps businesses automate critical financial processes including closing the books, revenue recognition, entity consolidation, and investor reporting. With over 600 customers including Mercor, Scribe, and Function Health, and partnerships with EY and KPMG, Rillet has raised $200M+ in funding and is valued at $1B, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia, a16z, and Bain Capital Ventures.
As an Associate GTM Recruiter, you will focus on sourcing and recruiting talent for Rillet's post-sales GTM organization, with an initial emphasis on accounting and finance roles. Your primary responsibility will be talent sourcing and outreach—researching talent markets, identifying high-potential candidates, and engaging them through personalized outreach. You will also own a smaller candidate funnel, managing relationships from initial screening through the interview process.
Key responsibilities include: sourcing exceptional talent across the GTM organization; conducting deep research to map companies, teams, and talent markets; understanding candidate motivations and crafting thoughtful, personalized engagement strategies; working directly with candidates throughout the recruiting funnel; partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to develop strong talent judgment; and continuously experimenting with sourcing channels and outreach strategies, using data and feedback to optimize results.
Rillet values speed, agency, and flexibility. Success in this role requires intelligence, the ability to take ownership without waiting for assignments, and a genuine passion for solving the problems Rillet's customers face. You do not need accounting expertise, but you should care deeply about the financial infrastructure space and the impact your recruiting work has on building the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
The posting does not explicitly state years of experience or formal education requirements. However, it emphasizes that candidates should be competitive, curious, and hungry to develop recruiting excellence.
