Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 / annual

Vestwell is a financial technology platform powering the savings economy across retirement, education, and healthcare. The company serves over 350,000 businesses and 2M active savers with $50B+ in assets across all 50 states. You will serve as Associate, Go-to-Market Sales Strategy & Analytics, reporting directly to the VP of Workplace Distribution. This role balances tactical execution with strategic analysis—you'll move between high-leverage projects and deep analytical work to inform organizational decisions aligned with 2026 goals. Key responsibilities include: - Build and enhance reporting tools and dashboards in Salesforce, Sigma, and other platforms for executive leadership - Own sales outreach campaign management, including population segmentation, sales copy, automations, and retroactive performance analysis - Conduct ROI analysis across teams, platforms, tools, products, and features to guide investment priorities - Partner with FP&A to manage commission structures, quotas, and financial workflows - Analyze sales cycles using data-driven insights to recommend process improvements and efficiency gains - Collaborate with GTM teams to create automations connecting the end-to-end funnel and drive continuous improvement - Draft strategic planning documentation including memos and presentation decks You will be based in Vestwell's New York City headquarters as part of a hybrid in-office operation. The company also maintains offices in Austin, King of Prussia, and Scottsdale. Requirements: - 2+ years of applicable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic go-to-market role - Demonstrated track record of executing at an exceptionally high level (promotions, side-hustle growth, or equivalent) - Experience working with and drawing insights from spreadsheets and data tables; proficiency with Salesforce and Sigma BI required - Demonstrated AI fluency—intuitive understanding of what should and shouldn't be trusted to AI, and awareness of how that line is changing
