Clearco is seeking an FP&A Associate to drive the company's core operating model, variance analysis, and executive decision support. This role offers exceptional early-career opportunity with direct exposure to the VP, CEO, department heads, and Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities include owning the monthly Budget vs. Actual (BvA) package—pulling actuals, explaining variances with department leaders, and delivering to leadership on a fixed timeline. You will own Board deck reporting, preparing financials, KPIs, and commentary for each Board meeting. Additional duties include supporting annual budget and reforecasts with headcount planning, building and maintaining the company operating model and key financial KPIs, preparing materials for monthly leadership reviews, supporting liquidity and scenario analysis, and delivering ad hoc analysis for the CEO and leadership team.
You will collaborate across the Finance team on shared deliverables including month-end close, audit, tax, annual budget, and Board materials, and provide coverage during absences and peak periods. The role emphasizes leveraging modern tools and automation to make processes faster, cleaner, and smarter—moving beyond rigid traditional reporting cycles.
The company values curiosity, intrinsic drive, and proactive problem-solving over a rigid traditional background.
