This role is part of Veeva Link, a platform transforming key account management for life sciences customers. As Associate Director of Strategy for Link Key Accounts, you will drive market success and customer adoption of an innovative platform redefining how the life sciences industry manages strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities include: fully understanding and articulating the go-to-market strategy for Veeva Link Key Accounts; owning adoption and long-term success within assigned accounts by working closely with Account Partners to execute strategic plans, drive deals and renewals, and forecast product adoption; defining key messaging and mapping stakeholders for engagement; leading software demonstrations and strategy meetings to drive adoption and align with customer needs; leading go-to-market messaging for new product features to ensure effective positioning; evangelizing Link Key Accounts value in the marketplace; and championing key themes and requirements to Veeva product teams to ensure market alignment.
You will influence and manage executive-level customers and stakeholders, translate customer needs into product innovation, and collaborate cross-functionally with peers. The role requires strong communication skills, project management experience, and the ability to set clear vision, execute flexibly, and take high ownership of outcomes.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in professional sales, marketing, or consulting with pharma/life sciences experience; particular focus on US commercial operations, market access, and commercial launch; proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders; strong written and verbal communication; track record translating customer needs into solutions; demonstrated cross-functional collaboration; Bachelor's degree.
