Salary: USD 170,000 - 205,000 / annual

Ceribell is a medical technology company transforming the diagnosis and management of serious neurological conditions through its novel point-of-care EEG platform. The Ceribell System is deployed across hundreds of community hospitals, academic facilities, and major integrated delivery networks nationwide, enabling rapid seizure detection in acute care settings. The Associate Director, Sales Enablement reports to the VP of Medical Education and Sales Enablement and serves as a strategic partner to the commercial organization. This is a highly visible role offering exposure to business strategy at the executive level, involvement in high-impact projects that shape organizational trajectory, and collaboration with a high-caliber team. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute sales programs through Regional Account Directors (RADs), focusing on provider targeting, ED expansion, EMR integration, and patient-first order sets - Coach RADs and Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) on critical activities including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic preparation - Partner with RADs and Regional Vice Presidents to optimize regional plans, manage territory splits, and align Clinical Account Specialists - Facilitate core Account Management processes including VP leadership meetings, attrition/retention reviews, and RAD pulse calls - Collaborate with Sales Operations to leverage data and partner with Training to track personnel performance and hiring quality - Identify, design, and implement new processes to enhance operational efficiency - Act as a change agent to influence the organization and drive urgency - Evaluate new business opportunities (new segments, technologies, acquisitions, partnerships) using strategic frameworks and problem-solving toolkits - Support expansion through sourcing, due diligence, and formal business case development - Partner with department leaders on high-priority, ad-hoc projects Requirements: - Bachelor's degree - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with ability to articulate questions leading to deeper analysis - Skilled in structuring ambiguous problems and using logic to drive key analyses - Ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels, including influencing executive leadership - Ability to tailor communication to audience and translate complex concepts into succinct, digestible formats - Experience setting up and managing projects in complex environments - Highly motivated self-starter with willingness to remove obstacles and manage cross-functional stakeholders - Comfortable as flexible team player, working individually or within teams, serving as both individual contributor and leader - Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal direction - Ability to make independent decisions to prioritize assignments and meet numerous requests and deadlines - Ability to give direction and exercise tact, diplomacy, empathy, and firmness in emotionally charged situations - Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
