Intus Care is seeking an Associate Director of Product Management to lead the continued development of IRIS (Intus Revenue Integrity System), the company's flagship product for revenue and risk adjustment services. IRIS combines a service component—where medical coders help PACE programs ensure accurate billing—with a custom-built React-based analytics application that provides visibility into forecasted revenue and billing gaps.
In this management role, you will be the primary owner of the IRIS product line, responsible for its overall success. You will oversee day-to-day operations, partner with engineering on release planning, and strategically evaluate new feature opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Discovery & Delivery: Independently investigate the codebase using AI tools to resolve technical questions. Own development of complex features, including client discovery sessions and PRD writing. Recommend build vs. buy assessments for manager review.
Client & Cross-Functional Communication: Provide company-wide product updates with minimal oversight. Handle client escalations independently. Guide cross-functional stakeholders through application changes and rollouts. Own all steps needed to launch new features. Flag cross-product interdependencies. Plan monthly and quarterly roadmaps with minimal support.
Team Leadership: Set clear expectations for direct reports and provide regular feedback. Work with your manager to provide growth opportunities and career development guidance.
About Intus Care: Intus Care is the only end-to-end ecosystem built specifically for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs. The company replaces outdated technology and manual workarounds with purpose-built solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management, empowering teams to improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors.
