Salary: USD 158,804 - 238,207 / annual
Castlight Health seeks an Associate Director of Product Management to lead product strategy and execution across a portfolio of products. You will manage a team of Product Managers, collaborate with cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales), and shape the product roadmap to deliver customer value and align with company goals.
Key responsibilities include defining and communicating product vision and strategy aligned to business objectives and customer needs; translating company strategy into outcome-driven roadmaps; coaching and developing Product Managers to deliver measurable results; partnering with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products efficiently; leveraging customer research, feedback, and data to inform product decisions; defining and tracking KPIs and OKRs across your portfolio; communicating priorities and progress to stakeholders and senior leadership; developing and executing go-to-market strategies with Marketing and Sales; identifying and mitigating risks to keep initiatives on track; and utilizing Agile and Lean methodologies to optimize delivery efficiency.
You bring 4–8+ years of product management experience, with at least 2+ years managing other Product Managers or leading multi-team initiatives. You have demonstrated success driving strategy and execution across multiple scrum teams in cross-functional environments. You possess deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and iterative product development; the ability to mentor PMs and build high-performing teams focused on outcomes and customer impact; strategic thinking to navigate complexity and align stakeholders; and excellent communication skills to influence at multiple levels. Experience in or adjacent to regulated industries (healthcare, finance) is a strong plus. You are proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Productboard. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
