Salary: USD 165,000 - 175,000 / annual
IntusCare is building the only end-to-end ecosystem designed specifically for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs. The company replaces outdated technology and manual workarounds with purpose-built solutions for care coordination, risk adjustment, population health, and utilization management, empowering teams to improve outcomes for dual-eligible seniors.
You will serve as Associate Director of Data Product Management, leading the continued development of DataHub, IntusCare's self-service data warehousing and reporting product. DataHub helps PACE organizations access their data intuitively and create custom reports for internal purposes.
As the primary owner of this product line, you will be responsible for its overall success, including day-to-day operations, engineering partnership for release planning, and strategic evaluation of new feature opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Discovery & Delivery**
- Independently leverage AI to investigate the codebase and resolve technical functionality questions
- Own development of complex features, including client discovery sessions and PRD writing
- Recommend build vs. buy assessments for manager review
**Client & Cross-Functional Communication**
- Provide company-wide product updates regularly with minimal oversight
- Handle client escalations independently
- Assist in guiding cross-functional stakeholders through application changes and rollouts
- Own all steps needed to launch new features with minimal support
- Flag cross-product interdependencies for broader product team discussion
- Plan monthly roadmaps and develop pod-level quarterly roadmaps
- Recommend product-level quarterly roadmap plans for manager review
**Team Leadership**
- Set clear expectations for direct reports and provide regular feedback with minimal oversight
- Partner with your manager to provide growth opportunities and career development guidance
**Requirements**
- 6–8 years of Product Management experience, including 1+ years managing and developing a team
- Strong technical background with familiarity in data modeling and analytics tooling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working directly with clients and ability to navigate escalations
- Ability to handle ambiguous problem spaces
- Business acumen with ability to balance product decisions against broader business outcomes
- Attention to detail with analytical mindset
- Proactive and eager to learn new skills
- Strong understanding of the software product development lifecycle
- Experience running scrum processes
- Proficiency in SQL and JIRA
- Experience working with healthcare datasets such as electronic health record data or claims data

- Prior start-up experience
- Prior experience building data products
