Oscar Health is seeking an Associate Director, National Partnerships ICHRA Growth to lead business development efforts for Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRA). This role is responsible for driving strategic growth and market expansion across national markets, with a primary focus on building and maintaining deep relationships with national brokers, consultants, and alternative distribution partners. Key responsibilities include developing and executing ICHRA business development strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets, serving as the subject matter expert on ICHRA products and regulations, and providing comprehensive education and training to distribution channels. You will collaborate cross-functionally to refine sales enablement tools and processes, act as the voice of key distribution partners by communicating market feedback to internal stakeholders, and represent Oscar at industry conferences and broker meetings. The role requires synthesizing and reporting on ICHRA market performance and distribution channel engagement to executive leadership, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and driving continuous improvement in how brokers and partners understand and sell Oscar's ICHRA offerings. This is a remote-based field position open to candidates residing in Minnesota or Texas. The role involves frequent travel for client meetings (up to 50% travel, with at least one trip per quarter to market territory) and occasional travel for team meetings and company events. You will report to the Vice President, ICHRA General Manager. Required qualifications include 7+ years of healthcare industry experience in outside sales roles with strong relationship-building and presentation skills, 2+ years of team management experience, and 3+ years of Salesforce proficiency. Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, strategic, self-starters comfortable in a startup environment who can quickly understand market nuances and communicate product value.
