Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Director to lead Army Mission Operations, focusing on the Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) program. This strategic role owns senior leader engagement with Corps and Division Commanders, driving rapid fielding and organizational readiness across Army formations.
You will prepare the battlespace for Army units receiving NGC2 by validating delivery assumptions and ensuring customer organizational structures prioritize the program. You'll cultivate senior leader advocacy and institutional adoption across formations, creating and operationalizing a repeatable technology adoption model. This includes developing mid-term product roadmaps based on operational leadership priorities, identifying priority applications, features, and integrations ahead of fielding.
Key responsibilities include identifying efficiencies in NGC2 product integration across software, transport, and compute layers based on warfighting needs, facilitating first-party Anduril product adoption, and serving as a senior escalation point when executive leadership engagement is required. You'll work at the intersection of hardware, software, and networking, translating complex technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.
The role requires 12-15+ years of DoD and Intelligence Community experience, a bachelor's degree or higher, and an active U.S. Secret clearance. You must demonstrate extreme ownership, strong problem-solving in unstructured situations, and excellent executive communication skills. The position involves 50%+ travel and the ability to work independently in austere environments. Preferred qualifications include military command experience at Battalion or Brigade level, a STEM degree, War College attendance, and prior technical program management or solutions architecture experience.
