Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Director to lead Army Mission Operations, specifically driving engagement with senior military leadership (Corps and Division Commanders) for the Army's Next Generation Command & Control (NGC2) program. This strategic role bridges Anduril's advanced command-and-control technology with Army operational needs, requiring deep DoD expertise and executive-level relationship management.
Key responsibilities include: driving NGC2 adoption from senior leadership down through Army formations; preparing organizational structures and change management frameworks for NGC2 fielding; cultivating advocacy and institutional adoption across multiple Army units; developing and operationalizing repeatable technology adoption models; creating 6-month product roadmaps aligned with operational priorities; identifying product integration efficiencies across software, transport, and compute layers; facilitating first-party Anduril product adoption; and serving as senior escalation point for executive-level issues.
The role demands 12-15+ years of DoD/Intelligence Community experience, bachelor's degree minimum, and proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into operational requirements. Candidates should demonstrate extreme ownership, rapid delivery bias, strong problem-solving in unstructured technical environments, and exceptional executive communication skills. An active U.S. Secret clearance is required, with willingness to travel 50%+. Preferred qualifications include military command experience at Battalion/Brigade level, War College attendance, STEM degree, or technical program management background.
