Salary: USD 130,000 - 225,000 / annual
Buildots is an advanced construction intelligence platform that uses AI to compare schedules and BIM models against site reality, delivering operational insights to major construction firms. You will lead strategic relationships with North American executive stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on maximizing Buildots' technology and methodology across their project portfolios. This role sits within the Account Management team—a group of experienced construction professionals who partner directly with clients' senior leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with executive stakeholders, guiding them through technology adoption and best practices
- Consulting clients on how to integrate Buildots data into their standard operations
- Analyzing customer goals and challenges to design enterprise-level initiatives
- Identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and partnering with Sales to drive growth
- Collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to relay customer insights and influence product development
- Developing business cases and ROI analyses to demonstrate operational impact
- Traveling as needed to support client relationships
This is a director-level role with accountability for account strategy, client outcomes, and cross-functional collaboration. You will influence product direction, drive revenue expansion, and shape how Buildots serves its largest clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in construction industry and/or construction technology (ConTech), ideally a mix of both
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality results as both a team leader and independent contributor
- Demonstrated experience managing senior-level relationships with a track record of successfully influencing GC (general contractor) executives
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong people orientation
- Deep understanding of project management and business processes in construction, and their integration with technology
- Proactive mindset with ability to drive tasks from idea to production in a fast-paced environment
- Creative problem-solving skills to support client needs
- Experience in Change Management, particularly working with executive-level clients to implement software solutions in Construction, Oil & Gas, Mining, or Manufacturing (strong advantage)
- Willingness to travel
