Salary: USD 99,000 - 136,400 / annual
Okta is seeking an Associate Customer Success Enablement Manager to join the Customer First Enablement team. You will serve as the enablement advocate for Okta's Scaled Customer Success organization, a fast-growing function that drives value for a significant portion of the customer base.
In this role, you will identify, create, and deliver enablement and training programs to the Scaled CS organization, spanning onboarding, cross-skilling, and continuous enablement. You will collaborate across cross-functional teams including other enablement managers, product teams, and content development partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and communicate the Scaled CS organizational perspective, technical readiness, and role requirements
- Understand the day-to-day work of Scaled CS professionals and propose innovative programs to leadership
- Equip customer success teams with product knowledge, skills, and processes to drive customer conversations and adoption
- Take a data-driven approach to program design and performance measurement
- Partner with enablement staff in designing and delivering programs
- Continuously engage with Scaled CS team members to validate requirements and measure results
- Lead discovery sessions with business leaders to build and refine requirements
- Identify and communicate potential efficiencies and enhancements
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all stakeholders
You will work in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment and report to Scaled CS leadership. Occasional domestic travel is required. Must be located within 50 miles of Chicago.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Customer Success experience or similar role in a post-sales organization
- 5+ years of enablement experience in the software industry
- Deep understanding of customer success and enablement strategies
- Charismatic presence with ability to prioritize and manage multiple programs
- Ability to understand audience needs and deliver engaging experiences
- Demonstrable communication skills, particularly presentation skills and executive presence
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment
- Strong problem-solving, priority-setting, facilitation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and thrive with general direction
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across teams and time zones
Desired skills and experience:
- Technical proficiency such as holding a current Okta certification
- Experience with Gainsight or similar tools
- Ability to learn and grasp technical concepts
- 1-2 years of xDR experience or similar role
- Strong analytical skills
