As Associate Customer Program Manager, you will work directly with US-based customers to help increase the velocity and quality of products delivered. You will serve as customers' primary ally at Fictiv, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle and ensuring seamless, high-quality experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Management: Build and nurture relationships with customers, resolve issues, and drive loyalty through exceptional service
- Case Management: Concurrently manage multiple manufacturing orders across different customers and internal operations teams, prioritizing requests to meet product development needs and customer expectations for timing and quality
- Communication: Gather, interpret, and communicate engineering, design, manufacturing, and logistics requirements to ensure on-time, complete delivery
- Collaboration: Work with sales and manufacturing operations teams to ensure successful delivery and advocate for customers throughout the project lifecycle, including post-delivery exceptions
- Program Management: Oversee projects with top-down visibility to ensure adherence to scope, budget, and timeline standards
- Continuous Improvement: Identify efficiency gaps and collaborate cross-functionally to define solutions
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or MBA; 4+ years in program management, project management, supply chain, or customer-facing operations; experience supporting NPI, low-volume production, or rapid prototyping programs. Preferred: PMP or project management certification. You must be organized, detail-oriented, personable, and fluent in written and verbal communication. The role operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high standards.
Work hours: 9:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST, Monday–Friday (aligned with US Pacific business hours). Hybrid schedule: 3 nights in office, 2 nights remote.
